IMG_7466.JPG Getting ready to leave a pickle park in the Buckeye. I took the time to turn around and go back to help this man who was asking for a filter wrench on the CB. He said I was the 1st in over an hour. I gave him my wrench since I had 2. I've been broke down, I know how that side of the fence feels. Y'all be safe out there.

He said he had an Injector leaking, pan full of diesel.

Around here there is the distinction of open range or not. Open range you hit a cow you buy the cow; closed all damage paid by the livestock owner.

Yes sir, I couldn't remember which states were open range. But I do understand its a sue happy world for sure. I can understand he has a pretty dang good fence, and he can't help a Olympic jumping cow. It just flew all over me that when asked by the Trooper doing the report he suddenly don't have a black cow on the place. Lol. Makes me wonder what that ferral black cow would have been worth if it was an open range area.

Finally got heavy, coops is closed its boogie time y'all be cool.

Dang near hit a herd of horses one foggy night outside of Jordan Valley, Oregon. Rumor had it that the owner would run them out on the dessert with no fences along the highway (reservation land), and if you hit one of them that horse suddenly became a million dollar known grandson of Secretariat.

Wasn't to long ago when you never passed a truck on the shoulder with out at least hollerin at them to see if they needed help. Nowadays you usually don't get a response.

For the Cat guys and those with inquiring minds, I put a couple of Cat problems over in the Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Mechanics Forum. Looking for thoughts and answers on a problem child.
