    @Mark Kling
    Hey Mark, I dropped and busted the screen on my tnd tablet, I can use the lower half of it. I really need to get my fuel and mileage off it. Any hope?

    Is there a way to replace the battery on the 730? Mine loses power if the cord gets pulled out from the socket even when the light is green.

    I have a question regarding my and tablet I bought a year ago.
    First the problem started with the magnetic mount charging. After a while it was not charging very good and sometimes completely would not charge. I stopped using the charging mount and plugged the cable into the GPS unit itself. After a while that too started having problems with charging. I didn't want to buy a new GPS cause of the price and me only having this one for only over a year. I loved the product but now am scared to buy another McNally.
    I now use two cables one in the magnetic mount and another in the u it itself. Was working in holding a charge for a little and now it got messed up also. It shows the battery charging in the small icon on top of the display but it drains Soo quickly . Now I just turn it on for brief periods when I need it and turn it completely off to not drain the battery.
    What is the issue with this and is there anything I can do.
    Should I be scared to buy another McNally in the future.
    Unless I get a good reason why this happened I'm leaning more on the caution side of things.

    I have the Overdryve 8 Pro and it absolutely does not want to stay charged. If I run Sirius it will die in an hour. I have tried in multiple charging locations. Is this a known issue.
    Also, the magmount broke within 3 weeks of purchase just from road vibration. I had to superglue it to the suction mount.

    Very frustrated as my TND 8 tablet also would not keep power. Seems to be a recurring issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    Youtube review coming soon.

    Sounds like the slice is bad (magnetic mound), while it is plugged into the tablet, make sure you support the DC cord around the bracket.

    What model of tablet is this?

    Thanks,
    Mark
