There are different tiers, so the cost will vary, depending on what you choose.

I will say, that the bronze tier plans are worthless. The silver tier is better than a kick in the shins. The Gold tier isn't too bad, and won't kill your wallet. The Platinum, well, it will cost you a little bit.
