that's when you drag out the driver, and kick the life outta him.

i am as sick and tired of all this BS about drunk or drugged truck drivers. the laws just DO NOT get down and dirty enough on them. a simple suspended license can be gotten back. absolute hard jail time and NO PAROLE or "time served". they get out in jail and STAY THERE for x number of YEARS.

if the laws and jail times DO NOT get tougher, i can assure you that citizen rights groups WILL MAKE that happen.

and frankly, i hope they do.

 

Heroin. Someone else had to suspect that idiot regularly fries his brain. An audit of the carrier will probably show zero random drug screens on any of it's drivers, and heroin use may exist among others there.

 

Well that is going to cost a pretty penny in overhead. I wonder if they will show up in classifieds now looking to buy a new MC#?

 

Then again after laying it over. They will be laid up with repairs for at least a few months.
