My SFI rep said there would be a letter, so that’s why I asked. I still have access to my MMA info, and so far everything has been deducted properly and the account has subsequently shown no activity.

Yeah I never received any letter.
Just make sure you go over your settlement statments with your old ica.
Like I said I still had access for a couple weeks and that's how I found the extra charges that should of stopped.
Personally I don't think it's intentional it's just happens because of the huge lack of communication. Just need to be proactive.

They did an awesome job getting me into the industry too.

I had EXCELLENT trainers in the Bulk Division coming out the gate from school. I am a female and didn't have wait for a trainer (oh, the horror stories I've heard) b/c they used their brains and had me stay at the hotel while I trained with a local driver. I am so grateful for their training program but would never go back.

Their business plan is as a training company and they get mad subsidies because of it. For example military, long-term unemployed, female, disabled, resettlement persons etc. It works!

The one anomaly of this situation is the day I left, it was snowing in Charlotte, so the shop was too busy to inspect the truck that day and instead scheduled it for a day or two later. I took pics and measured tire tread depths for my own record and wiped the interior down and vacuumed, but I didn’t detail it per se.

Just gotta hope it's not a scumbag that inspects the truck and tries to nail you for some bs. Lol

I almost expect it being SNI, but I've always had a pretty good relationship with the guys there. Time will tell

I just paid mine off... No tricks.. After your last payment you get the title.. If you want to pay it off out of your pocket you have to wire the money to green Bay.. Then they release the title same day. If you pay the balance with a card or whatever they will take 10 days to mail it
