Even if that tote is empty you need to placard with the UN number and all , because it s a 'bulk' container.

I see what you’re saying but I’m not getting a hazmat to haul two totes of methonal a mile down the road twice a year. My co worker can do that. He’s got a hazmat and not that busy lol.
I’m not going to haul fuel or chemicals any time soon when I make more to pull def tankers and not deal with hazmat. -

By the way... I did end up just covering up the placards. And thankfully I had the presence of mind when I picked it up to ask for that certification because the port wouldn't have accepted the truck without it.
