I checked all relays. I can not find a fuse for the turn signals. all relay are good. the only thing I can think of is the turn signal switch is bad

Perhaps.Check your fuses first.
Your saying no turn signals,so.again to be clear the switch is doing absolutely nothing for either left or right correct?

If possible take it apart and see whats up.Corrosion a possibilty .Is the cruise also on that switch?
