    I have the dash apart and the turn signal switch out. no clicking when turned on or no noise or lights

    Also if the hazards work off a separate relay ,then the turn signal will have its own fuse.My mistake.

    I dont have diagrams on this sorry man.Just trying to give my best efforts from electrical experience with cars.As far as the fuses go.might have to check one by one w/o a diagram.Try volvos website.Might have a downloadable manual for a small fee.
