Never having had a unit with parksmart so I may be wrong - but isnt the bunk heater seperate from parksmart?

 

If the heater don't work, then how does the defroster work?..without that, you can't drive.

 

not exactly clear if it is bunkheat or truck heat either way, Mn in winter is no joke.
