Speaking of home time, just out of curiosity..I know you get 1.5 days home for ever week out with Millis So if you’re out for two weeks do you truly get 3 days off? I know a lot of companies take advantage of that and you’d either get home very late the first day and leave early the last day or whatever which can really dig into your home time

Full 3, sometimes more if you need it. Day arriving home and day leaving home does not count as a home time day. For example, get home Friday, your 3 HT days are Sat, Sun and Monday. Leave Tuesday.Lonesome, truckermkh and FalconsFan21 Thank this.

Is the fuel bonus only for guys on per diem pay?
-
Nope. It's for all if you follow the "fuel solutions". Itsanice extra hundred bucks or so per month.FalconsFan21 and Aamcotrans Thank this.

It’s a no-brainer to me, my last Fuel bonus was $143.30, just for fueling where they asked me too! They pay for the fuel, I get the points and I get the bonus!!
I don’t understand the few people I’ve heard who blow it off and fuel wherever they want.
JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this. -
So do they tell you which route to take as well? Do they tell you how much fuel to put in? MPGs don’t matter at all?
-
That’s good to hear! Everything I read on this thread makes me more excited to start with them in a few thanks. Keep it up thanks a lot guysFalconsFan21 Thanks this.

They give a route suggestion but you don't have to and you definitely shouldnt follow it. Go the fastest way to your destination. Yes fuel solution will say fill, or 60gal at 1st stop so you have enough to make it to a terminal or whatever. We all drive autos and all the trucks are fairly new and kept up on with maintenance. So we all basically get same MPG but nothings ever been said to me about MPG.FalconsFan21 Thanks this.

This company isnt like most. Yes they have that 1.5days for every week out, but if you are a hard worker and on time all the time then take the amount of time off you want. I used to run 2.5 wks out and I'd take 5-6 days off with nothing said. I had no vaca last yr and was in process of moving. Asked my dispatcher if I could take week off. Yup no problem and my truck sat with me for 9 straight days. Work hard, be safe and on time and these guys will treat you great
