Drivewyze Scale Pre Clearance App

Wanted to share this with everyone. There is an App called Drivewyze you can download on your phone or tablet for bypassing the scales, it's availe at almost every weigh station now nationwide. I've been using it for about 3 years now. It works off your cellular service not with a transponder like PrePass. You will always get a signal with Drivewyze unlike PrePass which in my experience was hit and miss. Download app, register ( no credit card needed for 30 day trial) They want your name,email,your DOT# or company your leased to number, Apportioned Plate number,truck number,and add a picture of your truck. Once thats done all you have to do is drive thru an open scale with app on and it should activate automatically.

 

My experience was opposite. PrePass has a specific spot on windshield to place the transponder and half the time with PrePass I wouldn't get any signal at all, that won't happen with Drivewyze. Not to mention Drivewyze is cheaper than PrePass and they give you free service for people that sign up to use their service and use your name. PrePass doesn't do that. I get more than 95% bypass rate everywhere i go, PrePass on the times i did get a signal 50% of the time was a pull in light.

 

Yeah they sent me another one, tried putting where they said and various other spots on windshield same thing.
