Wassup guys, greetings from Lebanon Indiana. I'm on my way Gary with this load, and I'm about 2.5 hours away. Opie had me preplanned since yesterday to get me home on Friday. I picked this load up around 7 this morning from Cartersville. Once I deliver I'm heading to Illinois to grab a load that's taking me home. Unfortunately tonight will need to be quick to bed. Fighting Gary first thing in the morning then running through it again to Illinois will probably eat up a lot of time, and I have both a live unload and a live load to contend with. Then I have to fight the same traffic again to head to Ohio. I don't expect that it'll be a super productive day but it doesn't really need to be. As long as I end up east of the Gary area at the end of tomorrow, I'm in good shape. The load I'm picking up in Illinois delivers Friday late morning in Ohio and I'll have plenty of time to get there on time and make it home. I'd say that I'm looking forward to it but I'm kinda not. It's going to be a very chore-laden trip. I'm not complaining, but work on home time is no fun. It is what it is. Seeing Mrs Junkie and my kiddo will make it all worthwhile. Hope you're all doing well tonight. Safe travels out there. Keep the rubber down and check your pins. Peace y'all.

Greetings trucking family! After five weeks in the north and Midwest I must say it was nice to get a load down to Texas yesterday where it was 73 and sunny! It’s the mid 60s and sunny today and I am loving it!! On my way to our wonderful south Georgia terminal in Albany, just hoping I don’t get stuck in the no freight vortex that occurs there sometimes LOL! Drive safe and have a good one! :)

Hiya Truckerland. Greetings from Delta Ohio. I'm on my last run before home, and I don't have long to go. This load is going to Smuckers in Orrville, then it's a 30 minute trip to my home truck stop. I'm going to get to my final early, because we typically have drop trailers there. This is supposed to be a live unload but I'm going to try and sweet talk them into a drop. Yesterday I was thinking that today wouldn't be a productive day, but it turned out I was wrong. I ended up with 450 miles today which is pretty impressive considering what I had to drive through. Slow and steady was the theme for the majority of my morning. Once I got fueled up and a little east of Gary, it was smooth sailing. So now I am sitting at one of my favorite spots, enjoying some good food and a barley pop. I don't have to leave for 12 hours, so I'll get a ton of sleep. Nice relaxing night, and a good start to my upcoming home time. Gotta love it. While I was fueling today, I randomly met @FamilyDAWG who remembered my truck number and came over to introduce himself. What a nice guy! He was in front of me in the fuel lane. He went inside after fueling, and came back out with an ice cold Coke for me :) So thoughtful! That hit the spot man, I really appreciate it. Hopefully one of these days we can hook up for a meal. Well guys, I believe I'm gonna call it a night. I'm tired and I can't fight it anymore. Hope you guys are doing well tonight. Be safe, stay warm. See y'all tomorrow. Peace guys.

Anybody been to Nationwide Furniture 1000 S Kostner Ave in Chicago? Looking at google maps seems there is a 13 4 bridge right past the place and I have no clue where the entrance is?

I've never been there but I've heard that their bridges are mislabeled. Typically they are stated lower than the actual height due to snow buildup during winter. Plus, you can go under 13'3" in an average setup like ours. That is our actual height. Best bet is to call shipping and get a recommended route in.
