Those who have a PDQ tune how much boost are you seeing? PM me or just say you know a guy.
    (D13 of course)
    Thanks

Well I have a scan gauge and it allows mw to view Boost and EGT's.

And I called PDQ and was told 27 to 32psi is normal. I saw a spike to 34psi but was told it was ok. This for a 2010 D13

My 2016 stock D13-455XE high tq will do 42-44 psi boost depending on air temps.

I'd say you've got lots of room...

I dont have any experience with the PDQ stuff but I bet the D13 epa 14 volvo engines (in general) make more boost than the epa 10 and older, as the D16s do.

I recently went through the headscratcher of "Why is my epa 10 14' D16 only getting 30-35 psi crammed in, while my friends 15' D16 is making 45 psi all day long?" Both of us bumped our trucks up from my 500/2050, and his 550/1850 to the factory 600/2050 program.

I questioned if something didnt take, but Babine truck in Prince George, BC ran one of their 14' XE 500s (same original spec as mine, which was also bumped up to 600) against mine, and both made the same boost.

Can't say for certain, but I bet you're within range. My turbo didn't cram any more at 600 than it did at 500.

The strange thing is, i believe the turbos are identical .... It's in the software controlling boost via the variable geometry turbo.
You'd think PDQ would push it up to the 14+ specs!
