how many million milers at swift and why you stay, is it home time, large freight base, 4 trailers per truck ratio meaning lots of drop and it, and other thoughts you could add would be great

I would not worry about them. They have become "Swift INC" if that makes sense.

You take care of yourself and your immediate supervisors (Dispatcher etc) at whatever company you stay at long enough to run a million yourself.

Couple million in 21 years, 8 years with Swift due to the very easy going attitude here. Surprised they are the company I’ve been with the longest. They get on your case sometimes or when some new guy takes over, but overall not too bad at all.

Some of us are more lucky when it comes to DM's.

As a company, Swift is great.
From what I have read and heard though, some of the DM's are not.

There are a lot of million mile drivers at Swift. The driver I mentored with is at 18 years with Swift.

I'll be at 5 years this May, October 20th will make 5 years as an IC. Unless I'm forced out or I get an offer I can't refuse, I'll stick around.

Do you have any idea what the average trip distance is for a solo company driver?

I don't think there is an average distance because it all depends on the available loads and your available hours.
