Your right the motor is yellow instead of white. I gotta say though even before the work it ran like a white CAT. I reckon I better keep it. It may be a stand up 379 but I like it. It hits the road right, very few do that any more

I've got a big craving for chicken wings now, thanks. Honey garlic and sweet thai chili would be good right about now.

Just thinking out loud here, but after you put different injectors in it worked fine till now. Maybe the seats in your head are bad and when they put new injectors in it sealed it off and bought you some time and now have burned through?

I've never seen an injector or how it's placed into head with o-rings and such. I'm just trying to think of what maybe is going on for you. Talk about frustrating as heck.

I hope it's not that and maybe it's something simple. I've had good luck at Butler CAT maybe they'll figure it out for you. Good luck .

I'd say your thinking along the correct path. The bottom oring is supposed to burn and seal the bottom of the injector. Sounds like his are leaking.

Idk guys, it's odd to me that the problem still exists in the new injectors too...all the cups were cleaned with brake cleaner, a brush on a drill and then sucked out with a turkey baster.

    They all looked good.

I'm scratching my head here, not sure what the deal is but they have her in the shop and the valve covers are off.
