What state? And do you have family in say a better area or a yard in a better area that you could use as a mail drop?

Also, how is your business set up? Sole proprietor, LLC of S corp? That will make a difference in insurance costs too.

You need to set up at the very least an LLC, that will take some of the liability off the table. It is easy to do, do you have a federal tax ID? Do you use your social security number to file your taxes?

Changing address is the only other
I park it here i don't pay to park. Jody must be in Atlanta too if she refuse to move elsewhere.
The only solution i have come up with was changing addresses so i was trying to get some prices for other states. -
I'm not setting up a llc that's not a solution. The new entrant insurance increase alone will kill me.
