If you have 6 months of OTR experience within the last three years you can be called an experienced driver, so if you pass a road test and know how to secure flatbed loads you may get the keys to a truck at the end of a one week orientation.

If you are rusty with some skills TMC may send you out with a trainer for two weeks. All trainers at TMC have to have been with the company for at least 6 months and have at least one winter season of driving experience.
