Landstar is getting cheap.

And lumber, don't forget about subsidizing the lumber industry.

 

Wonder if one of them is OZR? I remember him trying to get me to haul kitty litter several years ago for cheap. Yep you better keep them secret,because believe it or not some people can't seem to find the good ones. Or it might be they don't even know it when they have. Or they might never get to screw up the freight again could be another reason

 

The way I read his post he hadn't even headed to the shipper when they changed the destination. WTF did he still take it once they changed it?

 

Well there's so many good loads, I can't decide which way to go. This is a real dilemma. Dad's not well at all, so need to stay pretty close. Guess I figure it out after I get alignment and truck washed.

No you don't. It's all e-mail. It's a snap. Loadboard is all windows / explorer based. You can do everything from your phone. A tablet or laptop is easier viewing.

 

Landstar is slowly bouncing back lately.

 

Well I'm finally here. First week i pocketed $3,000. This week im gonna take home $4,000 and i only did 2 loads. So compared to the $1,500 i was making at swift I'm happy

 

Well, good deal, @ladiesman304. As has been noted, Landstar has some pretty decent internal freight, otherwise you guys wouldn't at all be happy over there.

Those of us who aren't working for Landstar have to deal with crummy agents, and folks trying to double-broker our stuff.
