I've lived in Colorado almost my whole life. I know I-70 like the back of my hand (I mean it's not like they ever improve it).

Sure, there are spots, here and there, and there is the one big lot (with no amenities but a latrine) at 133, and there is the unbelievably stupidly arranged rest area in Eagle but there really is no big areas of parking along the entire stretch.

My point was if you are planning to stop and you are out of hours along that stretch you might end up getting screwed. It's not Wyoming with big truck stops every town and lonely exit ramps that no one much cares if you stop or not.

Not to mention some drivers don’t travel 70 west of Denver for some reason or another. Some companies actually declare 70 going through the Rockies off limits to their trucks (IIRC CRST being one of them).

I assume it'll be gone like everything else, but there's one at the TA in Commerce City.

I think Blue Beacon posted a notice stating that location was closed and scheduled to be bulldozed as well.

The Blue Beacon is gone. Good luck now getting through the line at the only truck wash in Colorado now over at the TA. I've tried a few times since the other closed, but the line is ridiculous so at home washes it is.

there's a truck wash at hwy 119 and I-25 (exit 240 north of Denver on I-25, Longmont Exit). I don't think it's a blue beacon "brand" but it's the same concept. They also just finished a Blue Beacon last summer (?) in Cheyenne , exit 7 on I-25 (the one with all the truck stops)
