My truck is giving me a problem and the following codes:
OPEN 146 s 009 05
ENG COOLANT LEVEL LOW 128 111 01
ENG PARK BRAKE SW SHT LOW 128 070 04
If anyone knows what any of the codes might mean, please let me know. Any help is much appreciated.
Year 2003, VIN # M17682, ENGINE DETROIT 60 SERIES 12.7

Well one means that something is up with you're coolant level sensor if you have coolant in the tank to the max line the other is the air switch under the dash for the parking brake

and check for coolant level before U change sensor ore reservour -
Many times a low coolant code (if it's full), is a wiring issue. The sensor can be faulty, but you have just a good if a chance as it being a wiring problem. The most common place for wiring to fail is in the plug at the sensor. Use needle nose pliers and tug on each wire. Don't yank it, just a bout 10 lbs of force or so. If a wire pulls out, you need a new plug end.
