Figured you would be shopping it around here, didn't think about Brian. Him and Greg are both excellent wrenches; just hard as hell to get into either of their shops. I had called Brian to see if he could check into my "de-rate" problem; told me he'd hook up to my truck for a quick check, but felt that it needed to be hooked up to an ET, which he doesn't have, so I wound up at Cat.

 

today was first day back at work, truck doing fine. drove by about 4 today seen you home.

 

Met him couple of weeks ago, (nice fellow), when our washer bought the farm. Brought it to his store for repairs, but it was terminal, so I bought an almost new repo from him. After going home, and hooking it up, it didn't work. Loaded it up again, and wife went back with it; (I had to leave on a run) She said he must have apolegized 20 times, even offering her a new machine, but a stuck switch was all the problem, and I think they repaired it behind my pickup

We have some we can do on Fort Polk in the rain, but that by you is out if it rains hard. Truck looks good from hwy, i have a friend with a day cab pete that color. iv'e always liked it.

 

Thanks, and please just look from the highway. Bought it last March from MHC # Ft. Worth. I think the previous owner used a welder's hand grinder, hammer, chisel, and steel wool to remove his signs, also someone keyed it with a pitchfork. I'm exaggerating, but believe me, NOT MUCH!

Having problems with a 2WS, The other night the temp. was -5, could'nt get water temp above 145, so i put on the winter front [1st. time i ever needed it] got the temp up to 185 running down the road ,on a pull it when it reached 195 the engine started to miss. Going down the other side with the jake on the engine was backfiring & missing. So i changed fuel filters , took off again, ran fine until i came to the next hill water temp came up , start to miss again. My fuel milage drop to 3.1 & lost alot of power , any idea's
