We are a small fleet family owned company. We can work with someone who has less than a year experience as long as they have at least 6 months with a school certificate. We work primarily in the flatbed industry but are willing to consider van.

I'm located a little north of Pittsburgh Pa. The pay is based on percentage of load depending on the position your in it would be between 28-65%. I have International 9400i's and Pete 388. the years range from 05 to 12.

 

Over the holidays when everything slowed down and the drivers only worked 3-4 day weeks they still cleared around $700. Normal weeks they clear $1000 to $1250 depending on their loads. You are right flatbed is really taking off right now. The ELD mandate has driven rates up for most all freight. Van is pretty steady also. I am looking for owners who would run under the companies authority I lease to. If they have their own authority then I could set them up to run our freight.
