We are a small fleet family owned company. We can work with someone who has less than a year experience as long as they have at least 6 months with a school certificate. We work primarily in the flatbed industry but are willing to consider van.
We are looking for a good driver to fill an empty seat otr or regional. We offer competitive wages and, if there is a good fit, lease purchase options after 6 months with in our team. Partnered with several carriers. For more information please reach out to us.

Call 724-698-7005 - if outside of normal business hours please leave a message.

What area are you located? What are you paying? What kind of truck?

I'm located a little north of Pittsburgh Pa. The pay is based on percentage of load depending on the position your in it would be between 28-65%. I have International 9400i's and Pete 388. the years range from 05 to 12.

What does one of your drivers make in a slow week and how much in good week?
    Is the freight pretty steady?
Would you have some flatbed training for a reefer guy?
I hear flatbed is kicking ### this year.
I am guessing its mostly going to be northeast ?

Over the holidays when everything slowed down and the drivers only worked 3-4 day weeks they still cleared around $700. Normal weeks they clear $1000 to $1250 depending on their loads. You are right flatbed is really taking off right now. The ELD mandate has driven rates up for most all freight. Van is pretty steady also. Give me a call if you want to discuss more in-depth information.

The issue with me is Elog. Maybe more small companies could find good drivers with exempt trucks. Just stating what seems to be the obvious issue. And you are looking for trouble with someone 6 months out of cdl training.

I am looking for owners who would run under the companies authority I lease to. If they have their own authority then I could set them up to run our freight.

Is lease op rate 65%? And is it dry van, flatbed, reefer? 65% does not seem right for lease op?
