I see on their website that they have averages and they have the top 10% driver's pay, but what about cents per mile or percentage? What is the pay for someone with some experience?

I am simply curious due to the 7/4-7/3 hometime program they have. As of now i've been running a flatbed bed for some time now and get home every 9 weeks for only 9 days. I have a younger son and well, that makes things more difficult, I love the road, and if it weren't for him, I wouldn't care because the pay is 50cpm for me and rising .1 every 120,000 miles.

The lowest i'm really willing to except is .43 plus tarping and stop off pays.

Maverick, Melton and TMC all pay more than you currently make. Maverick and TMC are home weekly. TMC is percentage and Maverick is CPM based on experience.

Let me also say, I refuse to work for maverick or tmc as they are way too micromanaging... you can't move the maverick truck even a few feet without the prick flipping on duty driving... then tmc is just up you butt about everything... based on nunerous drivers.
