Hey Guys I need help with this issue. I need to perform a parked regen on this truck but as Im about to begin it sends a brake pedal depressed error and does not allow the regen. I cant seem to find the switch anywhere. There is a switch on the clutch/brake pedal assembly its 4 cables and if I unplug it, it gives me a clutch switch error. I dont think its related to the brake pedal but I might be wrong. Im running out of ideas if anyone has any input on this it'd be great. Looking forward to any information. Thanks in advance.

You have found the clutch switch. The brake switch is a pressure switch in the same general area near the firewall. It will have two wires coming from it, should be round and in a quick connect fitting to an air manifold. They usually are black with a white band.

Kick panel to the left the clutch pedal. It is mounted on the left side of the cab inside wall in front of the door, near the floor. Be careful, do no assume and jump to he body controller too quickly. 99% of the time it is wiring that is the problem.

HeavyD. Been reading a lot of your threads. I have a 09 Prostar odd question? When driving my wipers won’t work. When setting they will. 90% of the time. Today started truck and they wouldn’t come on after setting 20mins with switch in they came on. But will only stay on till I move some. Thoughts. Srry. New to the forum.

Bad switch, bad wiring, bad relay, wiper motor starting to fail. Check your breaker and relay in the fuse panel for any loose or tarnished pins. Check the 5 wire connector at the wiper motor for any corrosion.

Couldn’t find a relay or fuse for wipers. Just washed pump. Changing motor now. Will keep you in loop. And thank you. This morning the ABS. Traction Control. Lights were on to. First time it’s done that.

Probably right front sensor wiring. Not much you can do but throw parts at it without the proper diagnostic software.
