Failure to produce enough specimen is legally a refusal to test (see 49 CFR part 40). It is then legal to show it on your DAC credit report and it can remain on that DAC for as long as 7-years under the fair credit reporting act, which a DAC report falls under.

I think they should give a field sobriety test. Blow in a alcohol tester to see about that. Then if it is determined that you are sober/streight then you pass.

Oxydizer, sorry about your problem, maybe you should have your prostrate checked also have your back re-checked there is a nerve in the spine that will effect your bladder[remember your 46 thats when it starts]also, get a good lawyer,laws are changed all the time..good luck man and keep the faith [its hard I know,but God does help there]by the way 3hrs is nothing there have been times I couldn't go for hours and it don't have to be a medical problem.
