    Any body got an opinion on the 400 big cam Cummings. I’m looking at one but don’t know much about them. Thanks

    I had several of them years ago,. mechanical fuel system, not ECM. Fuel mileage not as good as electronic engines, but a solid motor. Just do not set the pump at too many RPM's.Altogether, a good Cummins product.

    Can't go wrong with a 855 or B model. Cheap & easy. Drive them right you'd be surprised the fuel mileage you can get. I avg 6.5 with my b model. Buddy avg 5.5 with his c15. I can walk out and leave him also.

    I know where I could get an old 9670 with a 350 big or small cam and 8 speed for $3k but I'm broke. :(
