Considering how fast it looks like ICs are leaving, right now might be a good time to apply.
Steel Dragon, Home_on_wheels and FullMetalJacket Thank this. -
Really? I thought schnider choice was a too tier leasing program? Guess now so besides landstar what is? Crst malone? Jb hunt? I really want a solid leasing company that lets me pick my loads off board and be in total control.
Steel Dragon Thanks this. -
by "total control" you mean as much as you can, right?

Actually, you could do a lot worse than Schneider. A few of us who have been doing it for a while are a bit disenchanted because the program used to be so much better and many, if not all of us, believe that they are manipulating the board for really wrong reasons. It's one thing to manage a company to its maximum profit, it's another thing entirely to do that on the backs of small business owners without regard to their profitability.
Read Freightwhippers thing, "Picking my own freight. .....". It's very long, but it will give you an idea of the evolution of the program.
Good luck.Steel Dragon, 48Packard, Oldironfan and 2 others Thank this. -

I wonder how many get through the first 100 pages of FWs and then go fill out an app.
