5 cpm for all OTR starting in May.
Starting wage for 6mos experience is now 50cpm. With 2500 mile minimum guarantee (for full week).
If I went OTR, I'd get 53cpm with a minimum base pay guarantee of $1325/week.

I'm on the salary/dedicated and they haven't said what exactly we will get but I'm expecting it will go up from $1400 to $1500/week (for full week).

I will answer any questions for a week or two.

@dogtrucker - Do you ever go to the Dayton Freight terminal in Indy? I was wondering what you guys haul into there or if you ever move freight between our terminals.

If you live in Oregon or Washington, they have some customers out there otherwise, no Western region.
Are they a "good" company? If you have plenty of experience and a very good record, you could probably do better. The complaints about this company are all to do with drivers feeling pushed or harassed by dispatch. Like every other place, it's mainly about how you manage your relationships.
The benefits are thin but the pay is pretty good. I was planning on moving on this Spring but now I am expecting a significant raise (for everyone) and a new truck in the next couple months so ...maybe I'll stay a bit longer.
