I guess it is what you are used to. I have only had laptops with touchpad. I go nuts trying to use a mouse just as friends of mine who are used to mouse go nuts on my touchpad.

I was so use to a mouse by time I got my first laptop that it was hard.

I also do a lot of graphics work, and that is hard to do with a touch pad. I only have a desk top for myself right now, but have used my kid's laptop. Even once I get myself another laptop, I'll leave the graphics programs on the desktop. They take up quite a bit of hard drive space!

Look on tigerdirect or newegg I've found that they have the lowest prices.

Those are two of the places I look on a regular basis. :yes2557: Great places to shop for toys! It will be a bit before I'm ready to get a laptop for myself. My dad turned me on to Tiger Direct, and a couple of class mates at college turned me on to Newegg.

Why pay $600+ for a laptop from someone on eBay?
If you call DELL Business and make up a business name, such as your LAST NAME and INC. you can get a good DELL laptop for less than $600. You can get a SPRINT card built in (or any other broadband card).
I don't know about laptop built-in GPS, but my Sprint Card (Novatel Ovation U720) has built in GPS

I do graphics on my DELL laptop, but I always use a MOUSE. Touch-pad isn't accurate enough. Even using Photo editing, video editing and HTML programs, I am still only using about 1/3 of my HD space, because I store all my work on USB drives (I have 3: 750G, 250G and 80G)

The flyer that Walmart mails out weekly(I received today), they have a Toshiba Satellite L305-S5915 Notebook Computer, 2gb memory, 160gb hard drive, DVD R/WR for $398 - while supplies last. That's well below $600 price your looking for. You can also purchase the 2yr product care plan for $99.88.

I looked for this on there website and its not there. So this must be a one time deal, til they sell out of them.
