Got the Kelly KDM's. All in less than 3500. Figure that's a good deal. Dealer stands with them for a good all around tire. Compromise between fuel economy and traction.

I love my Bridgestone 726's. Great tire up here in the northwest.

    Robert450: that’s good to see.

They’re the first 726’s I’ve used. The previous driver had 726’s as well on the same truck.

I have only had Bridgestone and now these brand new Roadmasters. I chose them because they are new and made in US and my friend had just put 100k on his when I was getting mine....and they looked great! He chose them because he kept hearing they were new and made in the US and that other owner ops were giving them good reviews.

Kelly’s was the last set I just had. I’ve use them several times throughout the years. Excellent “Drive” tire. But my last set of steering tires where defective. Had a vibration from day one and I overlooked the steers. I replaced just about everything in the driveline, suspension, front end and still had the vibration. I was puzzle..... and it got worse after I had my transmission and clutch redone. Again... I blamed it on something else. Finally decided to get the front tires balanced 1 yr later and the tech just looked at me and said..... he has never seen out of round tire so bad. He was surprised the truck had not fallen apart. Anyways , replaced both steers, and now have a different perceptive on the Kelly brand.

The broker I haul for has several trucks ams a shop along with a tire man. The tire man has excess to several wholesalers for tires. He has tried about every tire brand in the market on all these trucks and trailers. He tells me and I also look at how all these different tires are wearing and lasting. These trucks do both line haul amd local.
So through his expertise and experience, he recommended the Roadmater RM 852. They have them on 4 trucks now and have over 100,000 miles on them and no cupping and still look like new.
So with that.... I bought a set of 8 for $2360.00. He bought them wholesale for me and he makes he’s money from mounting them. For the money you can’t beat it. And not to mention, I might need to sell my truck by 2020 due to commiefornia CARB, compliance.

    Mattflat362 Thanks this.

I lived this exact story with a Yokohama from Brookfield PA T/A. They still have my tire (one was way out of round and chased the entire truck for 20k miles) and have not refunded my money. And because I didn't want mismatched steers I have now bought 3 Yokos. Sucks man.
