When in Kingman, no need for buffet.
Truck parking on asphalt around back plus a gravel parking lot out front.

Xin Ya in the Bronx. They deliver to the market. It’s good... it’s hot... just try not to think about the fact that there are no stray cats in the market.

Ate a couple days ago at the Golden Wok near Strawberry Plains Pilot in Knoxville. It was decent, nothing fancy but decent and inexpensive and they have tubs of Mayfield ice cream for dessert, yummy!

It's not near a truck stop but if you're bobtail you can park there and at the empty paved lot next door. It's not far from the airport and a ton of distribution centers. You can load up a plate of fresh raw ingredients (including meat) from a buffet and they'll cook it up in front of you on an open grill. The rest of the buffet is pretty good too (clean and fresh). It looks like a dive from the outside. Several local cops recommended it the first time that I went about a year ago.Truckermania Thanks this. -

I love Chinese, I hate the buffets, I have disappointed so many times. I have made an individual order prepared fresh from places that have buffets and done ok.
Many years ago I delivered a trailer load of fortune cookies from Brooklyn NY to a whse in Columbus OH. The OH location was a food service provider for Chinese restaurants all over OH. It was a totally family run organization, multiple generations, kids, teenagers, grandparents, cousins, fathers, mothers. All had their job to do. At lunch time they invited me to eat with them in the break room which had a full kitchen. They warned me that most of the dishes were completely different than most Chinese food rest fare. Some of it was better, some of it I couldn't get past the look or smell to even try it. They didn't take any offense, they understood.
