OK its 2/23 Friday. Any weather buffs out there happen to know how roads conditions are WA state to TX? I’m driving this weekend and deliver Wednesday. My normal route is over snoqualmie then cabbage hill and then Wyoming then on down to easier roads..
Any news on conditions? Wyoming was really bad last week. Might want alternative route if it’s gonna be bad. Thanks

I80 at the NV/CA border was a mess yesterday. I got turned around because i didnt have chains installed. Load got rescheduled so hopefully things clear up enough that chain restriction is lifted.

I've driven in much worse snow and ice, but not in the mountains so i dont mind taking the hit to the miles this week.

Ok well it looks bad to me..a giant snow storm is rolling right on in just in time. Snoqualmie snows tomorrow and then I-84 Oregon the next day. Yikes.

I’m just gonna roll and deal with the delays (be delayed oh well) as they occur.

If I can avoid a huge snow storm, I’ll sit. To avoid sliding I’ll sit. I have cable chains which are only good for 30 or 20 miles at slow speeds. Plus my company doesn’t even officially allow their use. Only to get to “safety”.
