help with swr meter

    I just got this swr meter and i am familiar with the basics of swrs and how to use them but i dont know how to use this one. this one has an extra switch 10W FWD, 100W REF. and PWR and SWR. how do i use this one. step by step instructions would be great. thanks in advance :) PS- there is a picture of the swr i posted

    its a dual meter, in the pwr power setting it has two ranges 10 and under or 100 and under, nothing to do with swr.

    In the swr side it has fwd forward, ref reference. should also have a set adjustment.

    the connectors should be marked ant (out) and radio (in).

    ch 1 swr/fwd keyup adjust needle to set then flip switch to ref write down the reading, do the same on ch 40. This will tell you if the antenna is good (1.0 to 1.75), long (ch40 is higher) or short (if ch1 is higher),
