CRST mandates team driving for 10 months and subs out the training to some CDL mill school.

Pay starts at .30 cpm, goes up to .42 after a year, but it's all about team driving out there for newbs, because they are "Expedited". Dry van only.

I work for crst, and it is teams, and they will partner you with a driver that is just out of diapers. If you value your life keep turning down bad drivers. the pay is terrible if you dont have a great, not good, driver manager. do not go out with an owner operator as your trainer. the paychecks are late about one third of the time, and when you call payroll, they always say: " I don't know why that happened, it was scheduled to pay, do you want an advance?" which they charge you $4. for and then it takes you a month of calling every week to get credited for the charge that they never should have charged you for in the first place. CRST DOES NOT PAY TOLLS. CRST DOES NOT PAY TOLLS, which means that you have to take the roads that go through all the small towns every 10 miles and will take you an extra hour and a half to get from Tulsa to Joplin, and down Hwy 54 from Wichita, and you DO NOT GET PAID FOR THE EXTRA TIME, and since they pay so crappy, my first week I made 48 cents per hour. after 7 months I am now making minimum wage ($7.25/hr) course you work 70 hours per week and do your reset for free, and living in a 8'x8' cubicle with another person I don't know and don't want to know. I would rather have a root canal every day for the next 3 months I have to work for them. But on the good side, they do eventually pay you, and they do have good equipment that only breaks down a few times every other week, and you will get to meet every DOT weigh station employee on your journey, and you will get to drive a truck. Oh yea, your schooling, the hotel and food is paid for, but you pay them back for it at 18$ interest, If I had know all of this, I probably still would have chosen CRST, but at least I could not ##### about it.

I assume so, I think they all do.
Best to call, ask them, and be honest about your situation
