Who are the after hours dispatchers for the East Coast? Contact numbers please. Schneider hasn't provided them.

Every Friday by lunch time, the dispatchers located in the Pacific Time Zone vanish mid conversation, when they are asked to set up a weekend load. My husband always gets stranded every weekend, and is forced to take his reset before he needs one. From Friday at lunch through Monday lunch time, nobody is around to respond.

On another note, typical load offers go like this. A solo driver has two hours left of drive time for the day. They ask if he wants a load located six hours away from his current drop off, due to be delivered within three hours.

Sometimes when the arrangement does work out, someone has already taken the load a little at a time and never told the dispatcher. Or, the business asks you to hang out for four hours or more so they can load your trailer.

    No problems here..

On a good note the DBL gets stuff done, but shouldn't have to!

Our depot is in Jacksonville FL.

So he was told there should be some weekend guys to call after hours. so far nobody told him who that should be, just "will get back to you." His DBL is new as well, so its not easy getting the right info and for him to keep moving.

He sat for over 60 hours this weekend.

ok, in that case he should just call the dbl number he has which will then forward to the weekend staff.

Yeah, the same number you already used should forward to night/weekend support shift. Just don't use an extension when you know the dbl is off. But all your contact info is on the front page of the compass app or website.

    KAHower Thanks this.

Tell him to look for the SOS number on his “pumpkin” book. There is a 1-800 number he can call after hours, If he is a company driver. I don’t know about IC or O/O.
The information is also in the app but harder to find.
