Watkins Colorado. Set the camera off and nearly knocked a tooth out when I smacked one of these big holes in the yard

Lulu's can be a rockin' little place if you're there on the right night.

Got it buttoned up about an hour ago. I'm on the hook for this room tonight anyway and can't give back the rent car til morning, so I will stay overnight anyway.

The guy who owned the shop didn't mind me buying the transmission directly from the parts house so I avoided markup there, if he was going to charge it at all. Got the trans for $4300 including tax. Labor, misc stuff like oil and clutch brake and the 85 mile tow ended up being $2400. So the total was $6700. Not an expense I'm glad to be paying but it could have been much worse.
