I did look inside, it looked like one tooth broke off a gear and then went through the rest of them. This guy here called it a root crack...broke off way down at the base of the tooth, so he thinks it comes from way too much power. If that's the case it happened before I bought the truck. It was a Weller reman so I am not surprised it came apart, whatever the reason.

I was lucky to find a 18913 around here. Maybe later if I decide to let it make more power I will switch to a 20918

Sittin at the rest area in Baker City, OR waiting on them to lift the chain law. Road shows all green though. No trucks going either way right now. Before e logs I would of went over the hill last night to park before the snow came this morning.

You keep that common sense crap to yourself, Tug. Ain't no place for that in this line of work anymore, and it'll likely get ya in trouble if you try to apply it.

I have a set of chains but plan on never using them. I’ve had my CDL cince 1991 and NEVER chained.

It would be a real problem with my 1/2 fenders anyway.

Reamers are pretty tough. I stuffed a 3/4" into a big ### Makita. No cutting fluid or FA and just went to town. Did every hole to mount a single axle Airliner suspension. Still cuts good. I give it a 10 minute cool off every half a dozen holes though. Need a rest (and a beer) lol.
