I posted on the last "leak" thread on here - the spray rubber sealer on TV works.
The stuff he sprays on a screen door in the bottom of a alum. boat and it floats.
He uses black, but they make a clear, too. Flex Seal, I think.
Used it on my air horns cause it dripped on my head.
Why would any sane person drill a hole in their roof right over your head?
Don't know - ask my 30 something son. Can you tell it aggravates me?Dave_in_AZ and okiedokie Thank this. -

Hi, I have a 2010 Cascadia with the same problem. I updated the clearance markers because they have been upgraded and are "suppose" to adhease themselves to the cabin, however, after cleaning the area with rubbing alcohol - still have the same problem. I did have the driver side windshield replace not too long ago and asked the installer to chalk the top portion of the windshield were it meets the rubber frame and it slowed it down, however still have a small amount of water coming through - the passenger side is next. I have chalked the outside seams, but during my next turn home will clean all the seams out and try that Flex Seal or the same chalk that was used on the windshield - more to follow. I tell you water and electricity don't mix. I was jamming down I-10 in the pouring rain on cruise control and my truck started to accelerate, decelerate by itself, then the horn starting blaring intermittently.. PIA....

Ive used some 'special' sealant from auto part store. Dumped as much as i could where seam goes under rubber seal on the top of the windshield. Its been few months, and no leaks.

Its your seams on top of your condo. Just did mine. Used gorilla glue silicone and started at top and went down to the visor. No more leaks. Tall ladder and bottle of alchohol n rags for cleaning area first. I applied with caulk gun, and then squeegeed with my finger while applying pressure to get it down into seams/cracks...bring plenty of paper towels to wipe off fingers!!

I have found that a credit card, fuel card or motel key card would well to smooth out caulk.

A better alternative to silicone is SEAM SEALER Napa carries 2 colours plus clear. Far superior to silicone and adheres to all surfaces

Had this issue with my 2013 Columbia. It was leaking into the rain channels around the door. A little silicone put in the channel to seal things up and the problem went away. Same deal.. would rain in the cab between the windshield and the plastic headliner. Not anymore.
