My friend can build a computer and builds his own all of the time (upgrades his every chance he gets) along with several years of college and a couple of degrees in computers.

As for troubleshooting over the phone, well it's usually someone that is reading a script not someone that has a degree.

And if they try to sell you a warranty when you already have one then they haven't accessed your files to see this.

Last, check your warranty to see if there's a 'no lemon' clause meaning 4th time it's being fixed you might be able to get another instead of it being fixed AGAIN.
