Slow season

Freight usually slows down until tax time.
People are maxed out during the holidays and companies have to pay tax on inventory.
Usually freight picks up around tax time..but this year,Im thinking there won't be any slow downs.

 

not complaining, but all I've been doing so far, this year, has been dedicated runs. Yeah, the money is great....was trying to get further out west(but it's only March). Friend at terminal has been system and been doing nothing but sitting at about all the terminals he's been to. He sat 75% of the time in January and was gone the whole month. Talked to him for a few yesterday, been doing nothing but dedicated out of Cincinnati for the past 3 weeks. He said he was ready to come home and run dedicated out of HP instead! haha
