    I'm not entirely 100% on this, but I thought that was for a GVW? For instance, if his trailer had a 30,000 lb load on it, he would be overweight.

    If the driver was just BOBTAILING he would be overweight. Most tractors weigh around 20,000 pounds(10 tons)just by themselves. That bridge has a 3 ton weight limit.

    My bad. I didn't look at the picture. I was just responding to his remark of 30 tons being the weight limit.

    And now that I read the article, I know exactly what he was referring to. Haha. Although, I don't think he knew what they meant by 30 tons.
