Are you talking about medical/food service type latex gloves? They're probably not going to give you the results you're wanting.
I've worn both kinds over the years in below freezing to 100* temps. Rain, snow, sun, by themselves, under firefighting gloves for vehicle extrications, etc. All the above scenarios have yielded the same results. They will keep moisture out, but they will hold sweat in. No matter what the temperature is, your hands will sweat, because the gloves don't breathe. Your hands still wind up wet and cold.
On a side note, I've had good luck with the white cotton gloves from harbr freight as an inside pair under leather work and welding gloves. They do get wet, but they're also warmer than straight leather gloves, and they're cheap.

 

Here's what I wear, they're not perfect but they work.

I found a similar Pair of Gloves at a Local Feed Store that I use when loading Bagged Salt in my Spreader

 

Winter time i use a pair of welders gloves. Summer a pair of these.i don't like the open cuff type gloves they leave a dirt ring around your wrist after a while.

 

Yea they hungry all the time usually lol.

 

Taking train wheels to Milwaukee tomorrow. Likely going to reload out of Chicago. Wanted a short week this week so I could get back on Sun-Thu.
