Sounds like a dead cylinder. Injector,or possibly somethings amiss in the rack. Vibration, don't run it,it's going to get worse, not better,it's not filters. Shut the engine off,let it cool down. Start it up,check each cylinder on the exhaust manifold with a temp gun after startup,or use your hand and feel for heat. Find your dead cylinder. Check your wiring to your injectors, make sure a wire hasn't come unplugged.
I used to carry a cylinder shorting tool for an N-14 in my glovebox, found it on ebay. You would plug it in between your wiring harness and your injector, and short each cylinder one at a time, easily locate a dead hole, and wouldn't throw codes in your ECM while doing it.

Update! So above 1500 RPMs vibrates very minimal. IDK if that helps

Yea injector 5 was bad I jump to conclusions because the injectors were less than a month old so I assumed it was something else and it couldn't be that but in the end everything is good

I am going through this hell right now. Changed motor mounts (to urethane) which made things worse (amplified my real issue) so tonight we are going back to rubber, new clutch, new harmonic balancer.

    We shall see.

I really really want to know what is causing mine. And then I never want to forget it. I want to know what each piece of the puzzle can cause/fix.....

I know the feeling it sucks so much! My Peterbilt has had so many problems it's so heart breaking when something else goes wrong and no one knows exactly what it is

    HI, Guys.
Just saw your posts and want to ask if the vibration problem was solved on N 14. I've been having same problem and still can find it. Could you share if you found and fixed the problem.
    Thanks.
