The cables are loose and arcing. Every time it happens, it chars the post and cable end weakening the contact. I had to do 20 of them on our fleet of 2013's. I was able to save all of them. Remove the cut off switch and clean the posts on a bench grinder with a wire wheel. Clean the battery cable ends with sandpaper. Apply a generous coating of Kopr-shield to everything before assembly. The only reason you would have to replace the switch is if the copper posts burned away from the arcing to the point where you can't tighten the nut anymore.

I have the same issue on a 2012 D11 with I-shift. Cleaned all the battery terminals and cables. Replaced cut off switch, and key ignition switch. Problem still happening. The truck sometimes starts for split second and shuts down.
