Pam transport is a horrible company to work for and the racial discrimination in Tontitown is sooo obvious!! Minorities definitely need to stay away unless, you're filing a lawsuit!! We know, if they screw over the white drivers, don't go near this company!!

Not necessarily. I was grandfathered under my state and had to renew it plus a tier two affidavit to keep it without a DOT medical card attached to it.

This is why Pam does what it does, and will keep doing it As long as they have you to fill the seat they won't change.

DAC is not in existence anymore-as far as the name. They changed their name years ago due to too many disputes and conflicted reports to HireRight. "DAC" is nothing, not even government affiliated and they are only a private company that buys and sells trucker info/history. NOTHING to do with Federal Government-no need to fear those cracker-heads. In trucking (if you are new to it) everything is the truckers fault and companies are always in the right. You have to approach companies with the attitude of "you need me, I don't need you"; or they will have the upper hand on you from day one. Too many companies to choose from out there to be afraid of any that throw past reports in your face. The new generation of people in trucking today are not like they were in the 70's-early 90's where tid-bit reports didn't mean much-if you could drive-here are the keys and fuel card. DAC (as it was called) is a money making business and that's all. Their reports are not credible and often so misleading its funny. Example of misleading report: Your parked in a truck stop and a car drives off the road and hits you while you asleep-"involved in an accident" often goes on your report and that's what companies see. That's how fair and correct they are.

Which is complete bull. Even if it's a non preventable crash with no driver fault it goes on there.

That was the point-non preventable accidents still show against the driver and their company. They do not care the least if driver was in the truck, sleeping in the truck, or whatever. When I was in Tennessee parked at an old truck stop, a car hauler hit the front of my truck and tore the hood apart. When the state trooper filed the report, he did is job, but when Hireright got hold of it, it just states "involved in accident" and that's what trucking companies see. They never bother to ask details and it does not matter-your in an accident and this is what the problem is with the new system. Good drivers and companies with good safety records are falsely accused of poor safety records due to Hireright.

Thats weird because I have been hit 3x's in T/S but never had a police report since I just took pictures & filled out the company accident paperwork & turned into safety. All 3 show up on Hireright as non-preventable.
I don't think the issue is with Hireright, but the way it was reported to them. This is not the draconian DAC days, you can appeal easily & have it corrected. Hireright just reports what is reported to them, they don't establish fault if it was not reported as such & they do correct errors

In fairness, accounting doesn't work overnight. They work week to week. If you can't make it two weeks without a fuel reimbursement you should get some financial planning advice. No offense.
