I've changed about 4 viscous clutches in the last month....

When they seize they take the belt and wiring with them.

I thought when they seize up they just turn with the engine. No.

Depends. There's a slip ring on there that houses the electric coil to engage the clutch. If that seizes it tears all the wiring to the clutch apart. Those clutches are like $700

Still working on this clutch fan that's always turning .Put a test light on the plug going to the solenoid and no power with the key on and with the truck running. Any help, thanks.

Not yet, checked the relay which is working. Pulled the relay out and installed a jumper wire so we bypassed the computer and got air coming out of the selonoid. We figured out there's a bad wire somewhere between the relay and computer, and also the clutch fan needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Looking for a wiring diagram.
