BTC!?!?!

Sparkle moved over to B'ham while I was still at BTC. Wonder what the draw to AL is?

 

Then that's who I'm thinking. I remember my reasons for were because barney took me off two od loads of electrical poles from Oklahoma that would've gotten me home both paying rather well, the other problem i had was with my dispatcher. She had just started after she left swift and didn't have a clue about flatbed dispatching

 

Who did you have? Sparkle HATED taking me off loads. Especially good paying loads that got me home. The worst part of leaving BTC was losing her as my dispatcher.

 

When I went back the second time Mark was my dispatcher for a while, then they turned me over to the former swift dispatcher. I can't recall her name. Black girl, nice as hell, I remember soon after I was set to her board she was shot in the ### by her brother or cousin from a paint ball gun. She just had this mentality that flatbed trucks could be dispatched like dry vans. She says commented about how quick kid a turn around my loads were

 

Ha! yeah that was Katina that happened to - yeah she was a nice person but the two types of haul are totally different. She left and went over to ELS - matter of fact, its the same place that Mr S went to.

 

You know, along the line of the original post, I know that a lot of the trailers had gotten a little run down over the years - and the company owners understood that as well. As a matter of fact, they have 100 brand new trailers ordered that are going to be added to the trailer pool next month, and, they are pulling the older ones out of circulation. They just did the same exact thing last year with 100 new trailers as well.

On top of this, There are 65 brand new tractors being added to the fleet and the older tractors are being retired in the 3rd and 4th quarter this year - That means that in just six short months, the entire fleet will be only be 26 months old or newer.

So much for "junkie" equipment right?

 

Hey now, lets give credit where it is due. The T/A is in Troutdale, not Portland. That overpriced Jublitz T/S is in Portland.

 

. Hahaha I know who you are now!!!!! Your the one that tore red tags off of the trailers that I’ve been getting fixed over the road. You obviously haven’t been Trucking very long if you think Builders has junky equipment! Sure if you don’t tell anyone that there is a problem, then the next driver is screwed!

 

. Now I’ve been driving for Builders since September 17’. I have seen rates steadily raising on loads that I’ve hauled multiple times. And Lord knows I’ve compared other companies percentage rates with Builders. So I’ll trade screen shots with you of check stubs or YTD since 18’. That want work throw, cause we both know you can’t run in the Black Dawgs tracks if you could find them Like I said I’m pretty sure I know who you are and one of the reasons I came Builders in the 1st place.
