No they did not. They cut starting pay $.07 per mile. All of the activity pay is altered but works out the same as any driver.

You can receive CSA points from the violation, but only if the trooper performs a roadside inspection after stopping you and fills out a inspection report. Your violation was pretty minor though, and sounds like you were not inspected.

@Moneyhungrytrucker , you might want to read up on GA's nolo contendere plea law. I got a ticket in GA for speeding, and it never went on my record. The cop who issued the ticket told me about the nolo contendere law, eventhough I live in AL

I just don’t get why you wouldn’t let your company know to cover your Butt. I got a 22mph over going driving my POV to work. I told my boss. My boss started telling me about his 25mph+ ticket then said slow down. Lol. They reduced it to a weaving in lane was still a bad ticket but not as bad as a 22mph over ticket. That ticket hurt but it’s off my record kept my record clean for 3 years.
