Oh oh.

 

Well, it doesn’t matter to the company weather it’s you or some other driver sitting at the dealer waiting to get repairs. Either Driver costs the same to them.

 

I'm not at a dealer. I'm gonna end up waiting 2 days for the Tulsa shop to replace a steer tire and do my PM service...

It just grinds my gears when I've literally brought the problem to their door step and they won't bother with actually fixing the issue and issuing me a different truck. Like I suppose me being broken down every two weeks for 3-4 days isn't a good track record to have... well here's your chance to fix it. Guess not.

Who knows. This is exactly what I was afraid of when coming to a large company -- you're expendable and they literally couldn't care less. No wonder our retention rates are in the tanks... good grief.

I'm left to fill out an oil consumption report when I hit the road sometime Wednesday.
