As long as the hub fits. Check out Merritor's kit offerings.

I think 5k would be fair. 2000 to 3000k for tires, another 2500 to 3500 for paint and repairs and upgrades to make it trouble free and presentable.
Your still gonna have 10 to 15k in a decent road ready trailer that looks good and is mechanically sound. Of course, you could run it like it sets.....I see lots of trashed out trailers being pulled by CRST on a daily basis.
Don't be one of THOSE guys, lol.Oxbow, whoopNride, Dave_in_AZ and 4 others Thank this. -
Whats wrong with a 48'?Tb0n3, Oxbow, whoopNride and 2 others Thank this.

Landstar had them on some of their trailers back then

Indeed, thanks. Being presentable is of concern but my truck is far from there so the trailer would actually match it quite well. A nice beater combo!
I do care more about it's function obviously though. Brakes, tires, seals etc etc would be obligatory on this beast if I buy it.Oxbow, snowman_w900 and cke Thank this. -
No on e has ever said "man I wish I had a shorter trailer".
